At VidTeq.com, we provide location service and driving directions in and around Bangalore city. The novelty is that we provide video map based driving directions. We provide the video clip of the route from any source to destination inside the city. Not only that we provide the pictures of the intersections, major landmarks and other information along the way. We believe this is the right technology that helps navigating in countries like India, where we don’t have directional boards. For example, when we give instruction that “Take left on MG road”, you may not find any board showing MG road, you will confused. We simply send the picture of the intersection and tell him to take left when it looks like picture. We believe this is the right technology for India. • Gopal K Pradhan is the co-founder and CEO of the Viaedge Software Technologies (I) Pvt. Ltd .Gopal’s strong technical knowledge and experience started during his engineering days when he created and implemented his university’s Wide Area Network connecting six colleges. After completing his engineering degree from one of the India’s premier institutions, Gopal joined Qualcomm Inc to help them set up a CDMA prototype of 2000 lines for MTNL. The project was successful and MTNL launched CDMA services in 2001.

His entrepreneurial skills and experience in networking technologies saw him start Design Expo Network Pvt. Ltd (DE) in early 1998 along with few other like-minded individuals.
