NDTV group launched its individual online operations in late 2006 after synergizing their various horizontals under one umbrella NDTV Convergence. NDTV convergence is a direct subsidiary of NDTV Networks PLC (incorporated by the laws of England).

Sanjay Trehan, CEO
Sanjay Trehan, a post graduate from Stephens College started his career in advertising at Lintas. Sanjay has also worked with Jaldi.com and Hindustan Times before joining Indiatimes as Vice President, Broadband & Web 2.0 services. Sanjay joined NDTV Convergence in March 2007.
Salil Kumar, COO
Salil Kumar was appointed as Chief operations for NDTV convergence in Sep 2007. He has earlier worked with Go4i.com & Hindustan Times heading their Internet division. Salil who began his career as an FMCG distributor with HLL has also worked with Hungama and Bharti Airtel.
