Arun Tadanki, 31, a graduate from IIT-Madras and with an MBA from IIM- Ahmedabad, started his career with the Swiss multinational company Nestle, one of the largest food companies in the world, where he worked for eight years. Between 2000 and 2002, prior to joining Monster, Tadanki was with JobsAhead.com as head of sales and marketing.

Dhruvakanth B Shenoy has had a 15-year-old association with the Indian advertising and marketing industry. He started his career at TGL Quick Foods, a local FMCG player. Shenoy stepped into the world of advertising joining Clarion Advertising Services (now Bates) as an Account Executive in 1989.
