Ninad joined Jump in August 2004 as the Executive Producer. Before joining Jump, Ninad co-founded Indiagames Limited, where he led the Wireless gaming department as the Head of Delivery. Ninad was also the founder of W.I.T.S., an interactive design agency, where he was primarily involved in business promotion, business consulting, and project management, besides being responsible for the creation and visualization of intellectual property for the company.
