S. Swaminathan, CEO & Co Founder,
Swaminathan is the CEO & Founder of Iris, a economist trained at Yale University, USA. He has also served as a consultant to the World Bank before leaving for India to start his own software development venture. Swaminathan has also worked at Senior Management positions with Economic Times, Business India. Swaminathan also serves as the Chairman of the committee on Information Technology the Confederation of Indian Industry or the CII. Swaminathan has also been a Director of IDBI Intech the Industrial Development Bank of India.
Deepta Rangarajan, Co Founder & Head - International BD Initiatives,
Deepta is a MBA from IIM Ahmedabad and done her B. Tech. from IIT Delhi. Prior to Iris Deepta has also worked with American Express Bank and Crisil. Currently Deepta heads Iris’s foray into International Markets. Deepta is Iris’s Director International Business Development Initiatives.
K. Balachandran, Head - Research & Information Management System,
K. Balachandran, also a Co Founder heads research and information management system for Iris. An IIM Bangalore graduate and also a chemical engineer by profession has worked with several companies on data research. Balachandran has also worked with Tata economic consultancy and as the Group Leader & Senior analyst at Crisil.
