Indiaplaza, with its operations in Bangalore, Chennai and Austin, is an India-centric e-commerce company. It was formed as a result of acquisition of US-based e-commerce company Indiaplaza.com by Fabmall.com, an e-commerce company in India .It offers a catalogue of over 3.5 million items for sale and also has in-house control of web technologies, warehousing and logistics; supported by a 24-hour Customer Service Centre in Bangalore.

Param Parmeswaran, Chairman
Param began his career with McKinsey & Company, Inc, in New York. Later, after a short stint on Wall Street as the Director of Corporate Finance of a boutique investment bank, he co-founded and was President of Integra Technology. He is also Chairman of Indigo Monsoon Group.
Param is a graduate of St.Xavier’s College of Calcutta University, a C.A and obtained his MBA from the Wharton School of Business. He helped found the TiE organization is Seattle.
V S Sudhakar, Co-Founder & Director
Sudhakar began his career with the TVS Group and then worked for a few years with Microland. He was the CEO of Planetasia, a part of the Microland Group.
He is an engineering graduate from the Reginal Engineering College, Allahabad and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
K. Vaitheeswaran, Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer
He began his career in 1985 with Murugappa Electronics. He joined Wipro Infotech thereafter in 1989 where he held various positions in sales, marketing and business planning of Computers & Peripherals in Chennai and Bangalore. He was a part of the six-member team, which co-founded Fabmart in August 1999 and later Fabmall in January 2003, which now is Indiaplaza.in
Vaitheeswaran holds an electronics engineering degree from Govt. College of Engg., Tirunelveli affiliated to the Madurai-Kamaraj University.
