An alumnus of the London School of Economics, Oshidar gave up a life of a banker to be a creative at Saatchi & Saatchi, London. He came back to India and worked at O&M and Ambience for six-and-a-half years. He was also former Creative Director of MTV India and Nickelodeon.

Mahesh has over 10 years experience in the computer gaming and multimedia space, having been involved in building gaming infrastructure and developing a AAA game title, as well as games on other platforms. He was formerly at Lisle Technology Partners and Dhruva Interactive.
