Jignesh Shah, CEO & Chairman

Jignesh Shah founded Financial Technologies (India) Ltd. and has held the position of Chairman and CEO since January 2001. Prior to establishing Financial Technologies, he was with the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE), working on the design and implementation of the BSE’s online trading system, BOLT®. Mr. Shah graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the University of Mumbai and has received specialized training in Money and Capital Markets as well as in Futures and Options Trading from the New York Institute of Finance.

Dewang Neralla, CTO

Dewang Neralla
Dewang Neralla has been the Executive Director of the Company since January 2001. In addition, he is also the Chief Technology Officer and the co-founder of Financial Technologies with Jignesh Shah. Before establishing Financial Technologies, Mr. Neralla was part of the BSE team for designing the BOLT®. trading system. He graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computers. Link
